Ozly Partner Program Terms & Conditions

1. Program Overview

The Ozly Partner Program allows approved partners to promote Ozly's eSIM products using referral links or partner codes in exchange for commission on eligible sales.

Participation is non-exclusive and subject to ongoing compliance with these Terms.

2. Eligibility & Approval

All partners must be approved by Ozly before participating.

Ozly may accept or reject any application at its sole discretion.

You must provide accurate and complete information during signup.

You must be legally capable of entering a binding agreement.

Ozly may suspend or terminate accounts that provide false or misleading information.

3. Referral Tracking

Referrals are tracked via unique referral links and/or partner codes.

A referral is considered valid only when tracking is successful.

Ozly is not responsible for lost tracking due to broken links, modified URLs, ad blockers or browser restrictions, customer privacy settings, or third-party tools.

Only tracked and recorded referrals in Ozly's system are eligible for commission.

Ozly's system data is the final authority for referral attribution.

4. Commissions

Commission rates are determined by Ozly and may be updated from time to time.

Commission applies only to completed and paid orders.

No commission is paid on refunded orders, fraudulent transactions, self-referrals, test or internal transactions, or chargebacks/disputed payments.

Ozly reserves the right to reverse commissions for ineligible transactions.

5. Payouts

Earnings are tracked in USD and paid out in AUD unless otherwise stated.

Payout methods may include bank transfer and Stripe invoice (where approved).

Partners must provide accurate payout details.

Ozly is not responsible for payment delays caused by incorrect details.

Payouts are subject to fraud review, compliance checks, and minimum payout thresholds (if applicable).

6. Acceptable Promotion Methods

Partners must promote Ozly honestly and ethically.

Allowed methods include travel content and blogs, reviews and comparisons, social media promotion, and educational content.

Not allowed: spam or unsolicited messaging, misleading claims or false advertising, impersonating Ozly, trademark bidding on Ozly brand terms without permission, fake discounts or unofficial offers, and promotion on illegal or harmful content sites.

7. Self-Referrals & Abuse

Partners may not earn commission on their own purchases.

Prohibited behavior includes creating fake accounts, referring yourself or close associates solely for commission, manipulating tracking systems, and incentivizing purchases purely for commission gain.

Abuse may result in commission forfeiture, account suspension, or program removal.

8. Brand Usage

Partners may use Ozly's name and branding only for approved promotional purposes.

Partners must not modify logos in misleading ways, present themselves as Ozly employees, or claim ownership of Ozly services.

Ozly may request removal of branding at any time.

9. Partner Portal & API Access

Access to the Partner Portal or APIs must be used responsibly.

Partners must not attempt to access unauthorized data, overload systems, reverse engineer services, or share access credentials.

Ozly may limit or revoke access if misuse is detected.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate participation at any time.

Ozly may terminate immediately for fraud, abuse, policy violations, or reputational risk.

Upon termination: future commissions stop accruing, eligible pending payouts may be processed, and fraudulent earnings will be voided.

11. Limitation of Liability

Ozly is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profits, technical disruptions, or tracking failures outside our control.

Program participation is at your own risk.

12. Changes to the Program

Ozly may update commission rates, program structure, and these Terms.

Updates take effect once published. Continued participation implies acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
